As President of Greenlight Tech Staffing, Spencer leads a specialized team focused on Infrastructure Modernization talent across Financial Services, Government, and Enterprise Manufacturing. Before Greenlight, Spencer spent nearly a decade at TEKsystems, where he learned how high-volume staffing operates. It was not one moment, it was hundreds of conversations that made it clear there was a better way.
So he built Greenlight differently: a smaller team, deeper focus, and higher standards. Outside of work, you will find Spencer on a golf course (still working on his short game), experimenting in the kitchen, or at the cottage with friends, usually making someone laugh. He believes the best business conversations happen over a good meal.

Under the leadership of Spencer Moran, President of Greenlight Tech Staffing, the company has evolved into a specialized Infrastructure Modernization and AI Infrastructure partner.
